16) Credit Card Disputes
16.1 You are solely responsible for resolving any disputes directly with your credit card company and any associated legal entities related to the payment method.
17) Single Account
17.1 You agree that only one (1) Dayool account can be registered per individual, and that mobile telephone number can be linked to only one (1) Dayool account.
18) Illegal Transactions
18.1 If Dayool has a reasonable suspicion that a transaction may be fraudulent, unlawful, or involve criminal activity, or if it has a reasonable suspicion that you are in violation of the terms of use, it has the absolute right to refuse and/or suspend processing of the transaction.
19) International Credit Card
19.1 You will be responsible for any additional fees associated with using a credit card that is processed abroad.
20) No Waiver
20.1 Dayool’s failure or delay in enforcing any right or provision of these Terms of Use does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision, unless Dayool explicitly acknowledges and agrees to waive it in writing.

38.3 Dayool is not liable for personal property loss during events.
39) Training and Participation
39.1 Participants must arrive on time for training sessions.
39.2 Proper sports attire is mandatory.
39.3 The academy is not responsible for lost or stolen belongings.
40) Cancellations and Refunds
40.1 The academy may cancel or reschedule sessions due to emergencies.
40.2 Refunds will not be issued for missed sessions due to personal reasons.
40.3 Withdrawal from the academy requires a written request.
41) Code of Conduct
41.1 Participants must respect coaches, staff, and fellow players.
41.2 Bullying or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
41.3 Parents should encourage positive behavior.
42) Health and Safety
42.1 Parents must inform the academy of any medical conditions.
42.2 First aid assistance will be provided in case of injuries.

43) Weather Policy
43.1 Sessions may be canceled due to extreme weather.
43.2 Parents will be notified in advance of cancellations.
43.3 No refunds will be provided for weather-related cancellations.
44) Scholarships and Discounts

44.2 Discounts apply for multiple enrollments.
44.3 Scholarship terms are subject to academy approval.
45) Bullying and Harassment Policy
45.1 Any form of bullying or harassment is not tolerated.

51) Acceptance of Terms

52) Entire Agreement
